Typically, we can ship out the products within 2-3 months. Depending on the shipping distance, logistics will take 2-4 weeks. However, this also depends on the size and complexity of the product, as well as the status of the logistics and transportation.

First, we will communicate with you about the details multiple times during the production process. Once completed, we will take photos and videos for your confirmation. If there is anything you are not satisfied with, we can continue to revise it, with no time limit. However, we would like to remind you that due to the nature of handcrafting and factors such as shooting light and angles, 100% restoration is impossible. But we will do our utmost best, so please rest assured.

Our deposit is 20% of the total price. Once we receive the deposit, our designers will start working on the sketches and preparing materials. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable once these steps begin. If you request to terminate the process at this stage, the remaining 80% of the payment (if already made) can be refunded. However, no refunds will be issued once the production process has started.
If you are unsatisfied with the product upon receipt, you may send it back to us at your own cost, and we will revise it free of charge until you are satisfied.
